Diamond in the Rough: Rockie Fresh

Rockie Fresh is that Chicago Native often compared to Drake and other successful Chicago Native Kanye West. He has put out a couple of mixtapes but his most popular have been The Otherside and The Otherside Redux. Personally I prefer The Otherside for the consistency.
He’s a great rapper with some nice punch lines but has way more wisdom to speak than something witty. If developed a little more Rockie might be a great artist. His sound is something that is needed in the game because it isn’t limited to a specific genre like soul but is rooted in multiple genres. His upcoming mixtape seems to be more focused on rock samples.
Why should you listen to Rockie Fresh? Because he has a sound that’s reminiscent while being his own. His presentation is also something great as seen in his mixtape like The Otherside. If I had to recommend anything it would be The Otherside because it sounds very cinematic in a way.

Collabs We'd Love to See
We've seen countless rappers create hit songs with famous R&B and pop singers. B.o.B and Hayley Williams, Kanye West and Katy Perry, Jay-Z and Beyonce, Drake and Rihanna, Kelly Rowland and Lil Wayne, and Kanye and Chris Martin are just to name a few. However, there are still some singers out there that we have yet to collaborate with our favorite rap stars, and we've got some ideas about which ones could come together to make a hit.
